During REM sleep, your brain is actually super active and this is where most of your dreaming happens. It is crucial for mental recovery, just like deep sleep is for physical recovery. I find that a good evening walk helps me get much better sleep cycles.

I used to have very erratic sleep due to my thyroid fluctuations. During REM sleep, your eyes move rapidly and your body is temporarily paralyzed so you don't act out dreams. Getting your hormone levels checked regularly is really important if your sleep feels off.

REM sleep is when your mind processes all the thoughts, emotions, and memories of the day. It is a beautiful way nature helps us heal emotionally. Meditating for a few minutes before sleeping can help keep your mind calm and improve your sleep quality.

Haan, REM sleep me hume sapne aate hain aur brain kaafi active rehta hai. Your muscles relax completely during this time na. Agar aapki neend baar-baar khul rahi hai, toh iska matlab yeh cycle disturb ho raha hai, do talk to a doctor.

My grandmother always says sleeping in a dark, quiet room ensures peaceful dreams. Scientifically, this is the REM phase where memory consolidation happens. While traditional habits are great, I always consult my doctor if I face persistent sleep issues.
