Core sleep refers to the crucial blocks of deep and REM sleep that your brain absolutely needs to function. Your muscles relax, tissues repair, and memories get processed during this time. If you track your sleep, make sure you are getting enough of these uninterrupted hours.

Haan, core sleep basically covers the essential phases of your sleep cycle, including deep sleep. This is when your body repairs itself and you feel fresh the next day na. Without this, you will feel totally tired and sluggish all day.

This is when the real magic happens and your body charges up like a battery! Your heart rate slows down and your mind gets a deep clean. Getting good, undisturbed sleep makes such a huge difference to your mood the next morning!

I read somewhere that core sleep is when the body does all its maintenance work. Honestly, my phone tracker shows very little of it because of late-night assignments. Trying to sleep early now so I don't feel like a zombie in college.

Core sleep is the time your brain consolidates information and heals the physical body. If you feel constantly fatigued, it means your sleep quality is lacking. Fix your screen time before bed and consult a doctor if the fatigue persists.
