What hair shampoo is the best for hair loss?

My hairfall has increased a lot recently, and it's starting to worry me. I've tried a few different shampoos but nothing seems to help much. Could someone recommend a good hair shampoo that is best for reducing hair loss?

For hair loss, look for mild, sulfate-free shampoos containing ketoconazole or biotin. Just like managing blood sugar, keeping your scalp clean and free of inflammation is a gradual process. Avoid heavily scented products that can cause dryness.

Shampoo only cleans the scalp; it cannot stop hormonal hair loss. If you are experiencing sudden, heavy hair fall, please consult a dermatologist to identify the root cause, such as thyroid issues or nutritional deficiencies, before self-treating.

I completely understand how stressful it is to watch your hair fall out every time you wash it. Look for gentle, baby shampoos or mild herbal ones to start with. Just try not to stress too much, as anxiety itself can worsen hair fall.

Shampoo actually only stays on your scalp for like two minutes, so it can't miraculously grow hair, yaar. Try using a gentle, paraben-free shampoo and focus on your diet. If it is too severe, definitely see a trichologist.

Mild shampoos with caffeine or rosemary oil can support scalp health. I've noticed that managing my blood pressure, eating nutritional foods, and reducing stress have helped my hair quality far more than any expensive shampoo ever did.
