My doctor told me to watch my sugar intake very carefully because of my diabetes. Which fruits should I specifically avoid? I don't want to make my condition worse.

I tried everything from methi water to karela juice to control my sugar, so I understand the struggle. Diabetics should definitely avoid very sweet fruits like mangoes, chikus, and custard apples. It is much safer to stick to small portions of guava and apple instead.

Hey, don't stress too much about cutting out everything you love! Just try to avoid mangoes, grapes, and pineapples because they have high sugar levels that spike your blood glucose fast. Eating them once in a blue moon in tiny bites is fine, but daily use is a no-no.

Haan, mango and chiku toh bilkul door hi rakho agar sugar control rakhna hai na. Grapes also spike the levels very quickly because of high sugar content. It is better to eat jamun or a simple green apple instead.

Keep it simple and just avoid the super sweet, expensive seasonal fruits like mangoes and litchis. Stick to eating a simple guava or pear daily. It is easy on your pocket and keeps your sugar levels totally safe.

Since I have both high BP and borderline sugar, my doctor warned me against high-sugar fruits like litchis and ripe bananas. Along with avoiding these, regular medical checkups and daily salt control are absolutely essential to stay safe.

I often see people getting confused about this. You must completely avoid canned fruits in syrup and dry fruits like dates or raisins because their sugar is highly concentrated. Fresh, fiber-rich fruits in moderate amounts are always the correct path.

My sugar levels shot up yesterday after eating just a small piece of ripe banana, and it really scared me. Do others also feel a sudden spike with bananas, or should I get my medicine dosage checked by the doctor again?

My doctor acts like eating a single mango is a crime for my diabetic body. So now I have to bid goodbye to mangoes, chikus, and sweet grapes. It is sad, but my health report cards look a lot cleaner now!

Given how expensive HbA1c blood tests and doctor consultations are these days, it is better to prevent spikes. Avoid high-sugar fruits like custard apples, mangoes, and sweet grapes. Sticking to cheaper, safer local options like guava saves both health and money.

I am so sleep-deprived that I almost put sugar in my green tea today. But seriously, my dad has diabetes and we strictly keep mangoes and grapes out of the house. Those sweet fruits are basically sugar landmines for him.
