What fruit juice is good for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on sugary sodas and lose a bit of weight. Are there any particular fruit juices that are good for weight loss and actually healthy?

Beta, instead of buying expensive juices, drink a glass of home-made lemon water (shikanji) without sugar. Or simply eat a fresh papaya or apple. Eating the whole fruit is much better for health and gives good strength to the body.

While some people drink watermelon or orange juice for weight loss, remember that fruit juices are high in sugar and low in fiber. If you are struggling with unexplained weight issues, it is always safer to get your thyroid and hormone levels checked by a doctor first.

Let's be practical: fruit juices are not great for weight loss because they don't keep you full and have too many calories. A much better and cheaper option is simple vegetable juice like bottle gourd (lauki) or cucumber with a squeeze of lemon.

Avoid fruit juices for weight loss as they spike insulin. If your doctor allows, stick to eating whole fruits like apples or berries, and aim for a 30-minute brisk walk daily to create a healthy calorie deficit.

Honestly, the only juice that helped me lose weight was the juice I didn't drink! Fruit juices are just sugar without fiber, which makes you hungry again in ten minutes. Just eat a whole apple and sleep early to avoid midnight snacking.

Hey! I tried doing a juice diet for weight loss last semester and it was a total fail because I felt so weak. Now I just eat a bowl of papaya or watermelon instead. It is way more filling and actually works much better!
