What foods to eat for arthritis?

My mother has been struggling with arthritis for a few years now, and the pain is getting worse. She wants to try improving her diet to help. Are there certain foods that are especially good for joint health and can reduce arthritis pain?

Ghar pe you can try adding haldi and methi seeds to your food, they are very good for joint health. But please check if the pain is too severe or joints look swollen. If it's a major flare-up, don't just rely on home remedies and see a proper doctor.

Honestly, with a tight schedule, you can't cook fancy anti-inflammatory meals every day. Just add simple things like walnuts, ginger tea, and turmeric milk to your daily routine. It takes zero extra prep time and actually helps with the morning stiffness.

Everyone on the internet will give you a different list of superfoods like garlic or berries. But honestly, what works for one person might do nothing for your specific type of arthritis. Better to get your uric acid and ESR levels checked and ask your doctor for a customized diet chart.

No need to buy expensive imported berries or seeds, haan. Just eat seasonal green veggies, include light garlic in your daily cooking, and drink warm water. Keep your weight under control because extra weight puts more pressure on the knees anyway.

I tried everything from raw garlic to various seed cycles for my joint pain. What really gave me relief was reducing processed sugar and adding a bit of ginger and drumsticks (sahjan) to my meals. It takes time, so please be patient and don't lose hope.

Dealing with this for 10 years now, and I can tell you diet makes a huge difference. Cut down on maida and heavy fried stuff completely as they increase inflammation. Focus on omega-3 rich foods like flaxseeds or fish, and make sure your Vitamin D levels are normal.
