What foods to avoid with rheumatoid arthritis?

My joints have been giving me a lot of trouble, and the rheumatologist confirmed it's rheumatoid arthritis. I'm trying to manage it through diet too. What specific foods should I stay away from to reduce the inflammation and pain?

Managing my own autoimmune issues made me realize how much inflammatory foods can impact our joints. I try to avoid processed sugars and gluten, which seems to help with my daily stiffness. I am still learning, so please check with your doctor to find your specific triggers.

Dekho, seedhi baat hai, agar joints ka pain kam chahiye toh red meat, packaged snacks, aur refined sugar se door raho. Ye sab body me inflammation ko badhate hain. Roz ghar ka saaf khana khao aur thodi physical activity rakho.

I worry so much about joint flare-ups, so I am extremely careful about avoiding processed oils, white sugar, and dairy. It is so scary when the morning stiffness starts, so keeping a strict diet gives me some peace of mind. Please take care and check with your rheumatologist.

Avoiding high-fat dairy and refined flour helps keep systemic inflammation down, which is crucial for RA. In addition to a clean diet, try to do some joint-friendly exercises like swimming or gentle walking daily, if your doctor permits. It keeps the joints lubricated.

I used to panic every time my hands hurt, thinking I had to stop eating almost everything. But I realized that just avoiding deep-fried foods, sodas, and excess white sugar is more than enough to manage. Take it easy, get your regular checks, and you will feel fine.

I track my daily macro and micro intake, and I noticed that trans fats and processed sugars cause a visible spike in my muscle and joint inflammation markers. Try to avoid packaged foods and track what you eat to identify your personal triggers. It really helps manage RA scientifically.
