What foods to avoid with pcos?

I recently got diagnosed with PCOS, and the doctor suggested making some diet changes. I'm a bit confused about what I should definitely not eat. Can you tell me what foods are usually bad for PCOS?

I completely understand how exhausting PCOS can be, especially when trying to manage your diet. I found that avoiding processed sweets, maida, and white rice helped reduce my bloating and regulated my cycles. Try swapping white rice with brown rice or quinoa, it really helps!

You don't need to buy expensive exotic foods to manage PCOS. Just avoid bakery biscuits with your tea, limit fried pakodas, and cut down on refined sugar. Simple home-cooked dal-roti and local seasonal vegetables are best for our pockets and our health.

Beta, bahar ka oily junk food aur meetha khana bilkul band kar do. Ghar me bani roti, hari sabziyan, aur dahi khao, isse shareer me hormones ka santulan achha rahega. Apna dhyan rakho aur be-vajah chinta mat karo.

With PCOS, insulin resistance is a big factor, so you should avoid sugary sodas, white bread, and processed snacks. Try focusing on high-fiber foods to keep your glucose levels steady. Make sure you get your hormone levels checked regularly and stay in touch with your doctor.

I dealt with severe hormonal issues in my youth when we didn't even call it PCOS. Looking back, avoiding bakery sweets and processed foods was the most helpful thing. Don't worry too much, eat simple traditional food, stay active, and your body will adjust over time.
