I got so stressed when my ultrasound showed grade 1 fatty liver and started researching constantly. I found that eating high-fiber oats, walnuts, and green tea helps reduce liver fat, but you must completely avoid white sugar and bakery items. I hope this helps you, please take care!

For fatty liver, you don't need any expensive medicine or special diet. Just replace your daily white rice with wheat or dalia, cook with very little oil, and completely stop eating outside fried foods. Eating a simple, light home-cooked dinner before 8 PM works beautifully.

I completely understand the anxiety you feel when you see 'fatty liver' on your report; it feels very scary at first. But don't worry, it is highly reversible with diet. Cutting down on alcohol, refined flour (maida), and sugars, while adding green leafy vegetables, will make a massive difference.

Since I manage diabetes, I know that fatty liver and insulin resistance go hand in hand. You must strictly avoid sugary beverages, packed juices, and simple carbs. Focus on high-fiber foods like fenugreek seeds (methi), oats, and green vegetables, but do keep checking your sugar levels under a doctor's guidance.

I agree with cutting out sugar. Adding fresh garlic and green vegetables to your daily meals is highly beneficial for reducing liver fat.
