What foods not to eat with arthritis?

My arthritis pain has been acting up, and I'm looking for ways to manage it through my diet. Can anyone tell me what foods I should absolutely not eat with arthritis to prevent flare-ups?

I know how frustrating it is when simple movements hurt. Avoiding processed sugar and deep-fried items really helped reduce my painful joint flare-ups.

My teenager had joint stiffness, and we found that processed snacks and sugary sodas always made the pain worse. Fresh, home-cooked food is much safer.

I was reading that nightshade vegetables like tomatoes can worsen joint pain in some people. It's interesting how certain foods affect everyone so differently.

Avoid heavy, oily samosas and extra sweet teas. Your knees will thank you, and so will your waistline!

I ignored my joint pain and kept eating deep-fried junk until my knees got severely inflamed. Please get your joint pain checked by a doctor and clean up your diet.
