What foods make arthritis worse?

My joints have been quite painful lately, and I'm wondering if my diet might be making my arthritis worse. Are there any particular foods I should avoid because they make arthritis worse?

My teenager was experiencing joint stiffness, and we noticed that bakery items and sugary sodas always made it worse. Giving them fresh fruit and avoiding processed foods helped a lot.

Haan na, heavy fried food and red meat trigger joint pain so badly. Better to stick to simple, home-cooked light food to avoid that morning stiffness.

Avoiding very sour foods, white sugar, and cold drinks can help keep your joint pain under control. Please take care of yourself.
