Avoid sour foods like curd at night, stale food, and heavy fried items, as they increase Vata and joint pain. Having warm milk with a little ginger or turmeric is very soothing.

Refined sugar, white bread, and processed meats are known to trigger inflammatory pathways in arthritis. Try keeping a food diary to see which foods cause your joints to flare up.

Cut out sugary sodas and packaged snacks entirely; they are pure inflammation. Swapping them for walnuts and ginger tea made a big difference in my daily joint stiffness.

Too much salt, red chili, and outside fried pakoras always make my knee pain worse. Eating simple, fresh seasonal vegetables keeps my joints much happier.

Highly processed foods and red meat can definitely worsen arthritis inflammation. However, please get a proper rheumatoid factor test done by your doctor to manage it safely.

I know how scary it is to feel that sudden joint stiffness and worry about your future mobility. Avoiding bakery items and sugary sweets helped reduce my flare-ups significantly.
