Oh, this is a topic close to my heart. Many swear by a clean diet. Lots of leafy greens, garlic, turmeric, and fresh fruits are often recommended. I also heard milk thistle supplements can help, but check with a doctor before taking anything new. It's a gradual process, be patient with your body.

Ho na, liver health is so important! Meri aai (mom) always says lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables, especially bitter ones like karela or methi. And avoid all the oily, fried stuff completely. Nimbu paani bhi acha hota hai, no? Keep it simple, home-cooked food is best.

Listen, if you're concerned about your liver, the first step is to avoid things that harm it – alcohol, excessive processed foods, and unhealthy fats. Then, focus on supportive foods. Garlic, green tea, cruciferous veggies like broccoli, and plenty of fruits and vegetables are excellent. But for true 'healing', consult a doctor, okay?

As someone managing diabetes, I'm very careful about food. For liver health, it's similar – avoid excess sugar and refined carbs. Foods like green leafy vegetables, garlic, turmeric, and walnuts are often suggested. My doctor also recommends a good intake of proteins and healthy fats, while limiting saturated and trans fats. Always best to ask your doctor for personalized advice.

Yay for liver health! 🤩 Lots of green leafy veggies like spinach and kale are super helpful! 🥦 Garlic and turmeric are also liver superheroes! 🦸‍♀️ And don't forget to drink plenty of water! 💧 Your liver will thank you! 😊
