What foods/drinks cause kidney stones?

I recently had a kidney stone, and the doctor advised me to be careful with my diet. I'm trying to understand what kind of foods or drinks actually trigger them. What causes kidney stones, especially from food?

Bhai, drinking too much tea and packaged cold drinks with lots of salt in food causes these stones. Just drink clean well water or normal water and eat simple home food.

Yes, absolutely true that dark colas and high-sodium packaged snacks are the biggest culprits behind kidney stones.

I read that high consumption of dark sodas and excess salt can increase the risk of stones. Since metabolic issues can be complex, please check with a doctor to be sure.

I am so scared of getting stones that I stopped having chocolates and spinach completely. Please make sure you are not drinking too much strong tea or soda, and always drink enough water!

In my experience, my doctor told me that my heavy coffee intake and love for salty dry fruits like cashews were contributing to my recurring stones.
