What foods clean the liver?

My doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were a little high, nothing serious yet. I want to start eating healthier to support my liver. What foods are known to help clean the liver?

Wish there was a magical food that just scrubbed your liver clean after a binge! 😂 But no, the liver is like a super efficient cleaning machine itself. We just need to give it good fuel like veggies, fruits, and less junk, and it does its job perfectly. No need for special 'cleaners'!

Be careful with all these 'liver detox' claims online. Most of them are pseudoscience. Your liver is a powerful organ that cleans itself. What you can do is support its natural function by eating a balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and by avoiding alcohol and processed foods. Always cross-check info with a doctor.

Dekho, liver ko clean karne ke liye koi special مہنگی cheezein nahi chahiye. Ghar ka saaf suthra khana, zyada sabziyan, daal, aur kam tel. Nimbu paani, haldi bhi acchi hai. Bas yahi simple cheezein hain jo liver ko theek rakhti hain. Regularity is key, not some fancy detox drink.

From what I understand, our liver is already really good at detoxing on its own. No specific food can 'clean' it. But eating healthy stuff like green veggies, garlic, and fresh fruits just supports its natural function. Less junk food and alcohol is probably the best 'cleaning' you can do.

The liver doesn't need 'cleaning' per se; it's always working to filter toxins. What helps it perform optimally is a healthy lifestyle – that means plenty of antioxidant-rich foods like berries, green tea, cruciferous veggies, and garlic. And yes, regular exercise, even just brisk walking, helps overall bodily functions, including liver health. Always consult a doc if there are actual liver issues.
