What foods cause rheumatoid arthritis?

My mother-in-law has really bad rheumatoid arthritis, and she says some foods make her pain worse. I want to help her manage it better. What foods are known to cause rheumatoid arthritis flare-ups?

Oh, if I knew which food caused it, I'd throw it out of my kitchen right now! But seriously, I don't think there's a direct 'this causes RA' food. It's more about inflammation. So maybe less of the stuff that inflames, and more of the stuff that makes you happy (in moderation, of course!).

My dear, sometimes we search for a single cause, but our bodies are complex. While some foods might trigger inflammation in certain individuals, like highly processed items or red meat, it's not a direct cause of rheumatoid arthritis. Focus on wholesome, sattvic foods, listen to your body, and maintain a positive spirit. That helps a lot.

There's no direct scientific link proving specific foods *cause* rheumatoid arthritis. However, an anti-inflammatory diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3s, is often recommended to manage symptoms. Avoiding processed foods and excessive sugar is generally good practice.

Haan na, yeh toh bahut logo ko tension deta hai. Actually, koi ek food nahi hota jo RA directly cause kare. Lekin haan, kuch cheezein jaise oily, junk food, ya processed items, yeh inflammation badha sakte hain. Thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai.

I don't think any specific food actually 'causes' RA, from what I've seen in articles. It's more about auto-immune stuff. But some people say junk food or too much sugar can make inflammation worse. So, maybe just try to eat healthier overall, like what mom always says?
