What foods are not good for eczema?

My skin flares up badly with eczema, especially when I eat certain things, but I haven't figured out what exactly. Can you list some foods that are generally not good for eczema and might trigger a flare-up? I want to try and identify my triggers.

For eczema, it's often about identifying your triggers. Common ones are dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, and sometimes even nuts. Best to cut down on processed foods and anything very spicy or oily. Just keep it simple and clean, bhai.

Eczema can be irritating, I remember my neighbour's child had it. They said very spicy foods and sometimes even brinjal would make it worse. Simple, home-cooked food is always best. And keep the skin moisturized, beta. Don't worry, it gets better with care.

My cousin suffered a lot with eczema, and certain foods really flared it up. Dairy and gluten were big triggers for her. But everyone is different. Please consult a dermatologist and possibly a dietitian. Self-diagnosing food triggers can be tricky and lead to nutritional deficiencies.

As a vegetarian, managing eczema means being extra careful. I've found that cutting out processed foods and limiting soy products can help. Some people react to nightshades like tomatoes and potatoes. It's a trial and error process, so keep a food diary and consult a doctor.
