What foods are good for your liver?

My father recently had some liver issues, and doc said we should all focus on a liver-friendly diet. I want to know which foods are really beneficial for keeping our liver healthy. Any specific Indian foods that are good?

For liver health, green tea is known for its antioxidants. Also, foods rich in antioxidants like berries, grapefruit, and grapes are good. Garlic and turmeric have protective properties too. But remember, a balanced diet overall and avoiding excess alcohol is most important for liver function.

Yo! My doc told me once for general health to drink lots of water, and keep sugary drinks low. For liver, specifically, he said green tea is good, and fresh fruits and veggies. Avocados too, apparently. I try to add them to my salads.

Oh, the liver is such an important organ! I always get so anxious about keeping it healthy. I've heard that things like beets, carrots, and apples are good for detoxification. And lots of water, of course. Is it true that too much protein can be bad for the liver though? I always wonder.

Honestly, there's so much random info online about liver detox. Please don't just blindly follow any 'superfood' advice. Your best bet is always to consult a doctor. They can tell you what actually works based on science, not just fads. A balanced diet and avoiding alcohol are universally good, though.

The body is a temple, so take care of it with love and good food. For the liver, try to eat foods that are natural and simple. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. And always keep a positive mind. A happy mind helps a healthy body, you know.
