Hey, it's tough dealing with RA, but diet can really help. Try to include anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and plenty of greens. They might not cure it, but they can definitely ease the discomfort a bit. Just remember to consult your doctor too!

For RA, I've seen good results with foods rich in Omega-3. Think flax seeds, walnuts, and fatty fish if you eat non-veg. My health app also recommends berries and leafy greens for their antioxidant properties. Tracking my food intake really helps me see what works and what doesn't.

It's all about making your food delicious AND healthy! For RA, I'd say load up on colourful veggies like bell peppers and spinach. Maybe some yummy salmon if you like fish. And don't forget a sprinkle of chia seeds in your smoothie – tasty and good for you!

Oh god, RA can be so tricky. I always worry about eating the wrong thing. But generally, anything anti-inflammatory like green tea or pineapple should be good, right? Just make sure it's not irritating your stomach or anything. Better be safe.

Been there, done that with RA. Honestly, cutting out processed foods and red meat made a huge difference for me. Focus on fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Also, drink plenty of water. It won't magically disappear, but it definitely helps manage the pain better.
