Beti, type 2 diabetes mein khaane ka bahut dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Whole grains, jaise jowar, bajra, ragi ki roti khao. Sabziyan aur daalein bohot khaao. Aur meetha kam. Karele ka juice aur methi dana bhi kehte hain faydemand hota hai, par doctor se bhi pooch lena.

Ho na, diabetes mein khane ka bohot dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Low GI foods khaao. Whole grains, like jowar, bajra, Ragi. Lots of veggies and dals. Aur jo refined sugar waali cheezein hoti hain, wo avoid karni chahiye, haan na. Fibrous food acha hota hai.

For type 2 diabetes, focus on whole, unprocessed foods with a low glycemic index. Lots of fiber from vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins like eggs, chicken, or paneer. This helps manage blood sugar. Along with diet, if your doctor clears it, regular walking or light exercise is super beneficial.

Bhai, sugar ki beemari mein toh khane ka bahut khayal rakhna padta hai. Chawal kam khao, aur roti gehun ki bajaye jau ya bajra ki khao. Sabziyaan, daalein khoob khao. Aur meetha toh bilkul nahin. Apne doctor ki baat suno, wohi sahi raasta dikhayenge.

Managing type 2 diabetes with a busy schedule means making smart food choices. Prioritize whole grains (like brown rice, millets), plenty of non-starchy vegetables, and lean proteins. Avoid sugary drinks and processed snacks completely. Meal prepping can help ensure you stick to your diet. Consistency is key.
