With psoriasis, just like with diabetes, diet plays a big role. Generally, inflammatory foods are bad. This means cutting down on refined sugars, processed items, red meat, and excessive alcohol. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods. It's about reducing inflammation in the body.

Psoriasis can be so frustrating, I've seen many struggle. While home remedies like neem oil help externally, diet is crucial. Many find that dairy, gluten, excessive sugar, alcohol, and processed foods can aggravate it. Try an anti-inflammatory diet with lots of fresh veggies and omega-3s. It's a trial and error process sometimes.

For psoriasis, the focus should be on reducing inflammation. So, realistically, cut down on highly processed foods, sugary drinks, deep-fried snacks, and excessive alcohol. Opt for quick, healthy meals with lean protein, fresh vegetables, and fruits. It's about consistent, small changes, not instant fixes.

Yaar, please take psoriasis seriously. I regret ignoring it initially. For me, spicy food, too much red meat, and all the junk food would make my flare-ups so much worse. You really need to see a dermatologist and get a proper diet plan. Don't experiment too much on your own.

Eczema can be really challenging. Foods that cause inflammation like processed items, sugary drinks, and maybe certain allergens like dairy or gluten can make it worse. Eating fresh, whole foods usually helps.

My dermatologist explained that for psoriasis, it's about managing systemic inflammation. So, foods to minimize include red meat, processed foods, refined sugars, gluten (for some), and excessive alcohol. They recommend an anti-inflammatory diet rich in omega-3s, fruits, and vegetables. It's not a cure, but it helps manage symptoms significantly.

Ho na, psoriasis mein khane ka bohot dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Fried food, bohot meetha, aur processed cheezein usually achhi nahi hoti. Some people find even tomatoes or potatoes make it worse. Suno apne body ki, haan na.
