Kidney stones, huh? Sounds like another thing trying to stop me from enjoying good food! Generally, foods high in oxalates like spinach, chocolate, and nuts can be bad if you have calcium oxalate stones. And too much salt and red meat don't help either. Always consult a doc, these stones are no joke.

Bhai, gurde ki pathri mein khaane ka bahut dhyaan rakhna padta hai. Jo cheezein mein zyada namak hota hai, aur zyada maas (non-veg), wo sab theek nahin hota. Aur paani bohot sara peena chahiye. Doctor se bhi poochh lena, woh achha bataenge.

Kidney stone tests and treatments can be expensive, so prevention is key. Avoid processed foods high in sodium, too much red meat, and sugary drinks. Also, certain vegetables like spinach are high in oxalates, so moderate intake might be needed depending on your stone type. Saves money and pain both!

This is a very important topic! For kidney stones, high sodium foods, too much animal protein (like excessive meat), and foods rich in oxalates (like spinach, rhubarb, chocolate for some types of stones) can be problematic. The most important thing is to stay well-hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

For kidney stones, a gentle approach to diet is best. Avoid excessive salt and animal protein. For oxalate stones, be mindful of spinach and dark chocolate, but don't eliminate them entirely without guidance. And remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Light yoga and pranayama also support overall kidney health.

Oh, kidney stones are incredibly painful, I totally get why you're asking. High sodium foods, excessive animal protein (like red meat), and foods rich in oxalates (spinach, chocolate, nuts) can aggravate them for some people. And not drinking enough water is a big factor too.

Kidney stones are serious, please don't self-diagnose or self-treat based on internet advice only. While generally high sodium, high animal protein, and high oxalate foods can be problematic, the type of stone matters. Get it checked by a urologist, they'll tell you exactly what to avoid.

My neighbour had kidney stones, and her doctor told her to cut down on spinach, tomatoes, and beetroot because of oxalates. Also, less salt and no fizzy drinks. I think it depends on the type of stone you have, so what worked for her might not be universal. Just my observation.
