What food to eat vomiting?

Last night I had a really bad stomach upset and ended up vomiting a lot. I'm feeling quite weak now. What food should I eat right after vomiting to feel better?

That's rough. Try small amounts of clear fluids first, then move to bland stuff. Hope you feel better soon.

Oh, vomiting is truly the worst feeling. Stick to bland foods initially. My go-to was plain rice kanji, or a little bit of curd rice. Sometimes a spoonful of ginger juice with honey also helps settle the stomach. And sip on ORS or coconut water to stay hydrated.

When you're throwing up, keep it simple. Only very plain foods like boiled rice with a little salt. For fluids, ORS is best. If it persists for long, always consult a doctor, especially if you have other health conditions. Staying hydrated is paramount.

Bro, when I vomit, I can barely eat anything. Just try plain daal chawal, really light one. Or if even that's too much, just keep sipping water or limbu paani. Don't force food, wait till you feel a little okay.

Vomiting can be really scary and makes you feel so weak. It's okay to feel anxious. Just focus on hydrating first with ORS or coconut water. When you're ready, super light things like plain khichdi or soft toast are usually fine. Don't push yourself.

When you're vomiting, the main thing is to prevent dehydration. Sip on ORS solution or clear broths. When you can tolerate food, start with very bland items like toast, plain rice, or boiled potatoes. Avoid anything spicy, oily, or acidic for a few days.
