Oh, acidity is no fun! 😣 Try to avoid super spicy food, citrus fruits (like oranges and lemons), tomatoes, and coffee! These can trigger it for many. Small, frequent meals also help! Stay hydrated! 💧

As someone managing PCOS, I know how important diet is for overall well-being, and that includes acidity. Spicy foods, caffeine, carbonated drinks, and fatty items can definitely worsen acidity. Try to observe what triggers it for you personally, and avoid that.

Beta, for acidity, avoid too much mirchi, oil, and fried foods. And don't eat very late at night. Sometimes even tea and coffee can cause it. Drink nimbu pani without sugar or fennel water after meals. But don't take it lightly if it's severe, show it to a doctor.

I used to get terrible acidity and thought it was something serious, but it was mostly my diet. Cutting down on coffee, spicy curries, and late-night snacks made a huge difference. You'll find your triggers, don't worry too much!

Acidity was killing me last month! I completely cut out all spicy food, coffee, and even tried to reduce onions and garlic. Eating plain oats for breakfast and light khichdi for dinner really helped calm my stomach down. Also, stopped eating anything after 7 PM.

Common culprits for acidity are fatty foods, spicy items, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated beverages. Also, mint and acidic fruits like tomatoes or oranges can be triggers for some. Eating smaller, more frequent meals and not lying down immediately after eating can also help.
