Don't just believe everything you read online about what's good or bad for the liver. There's so much misinformation. Always cross-check with a proper doctor or a liver specialist. They can give you real, evidence-based advice, not just random fads.

Please be careful about your liver. I once ignored some vague symptoms for too long, thinking it was just 'bad food'. Ended up with a minor liver issue. So, if you're concerned, it's best to get a checkup. And generally, avoid excessive alcohol, sugary drinks, and highly processed foods.

Basically, anything that tastes too good to be true, like that extra greasy butter chicken or that sugary gulab jamun, your liver is probably giving you the side-eye. But seriously, moderation is key, don't let it stress you too much!

I'm new to knowing about this. So, like, are all fried things bad? And what about non-veg? Is red meat really bad for the liver?

I tried so many things for my dad's liver health. What we learned is that highly processed foods, too much sugar, excessive salt, and unhealthy fats are definitely not good. Even some 'healthy' juices can be bad if they're full of sugar. Stick to fresh, home-cooked meals.

For liver, generally, oily, fried foods and too much sugar are best avoided. Some say even excessive raw garlic can be harsh. But if you have serious liver issues, please consult a doctor. Home remedies alone might not be sufficient for serious conditions.
