For the kidneys, simplicity and purity in food are paramount. I find that light, fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits are very beneficial. Plenty of clear water, and gentle spices like coriander and cumin. Avoid anything too stimulating or processed, and practice mindful eating. This supports the natural cleansing process of the body.

My mom always says to drink lots of water and eat lots of 'lauki' and 'tori' for kidneys. And like, avoid all the junk food and super salty stuff. Basically, ghar ka khaana, simple and fresh, is the best. Keeps everything running smoothly.

Yaar, for healthy kidneys, actually it's mostly about cutting out excess salt and processed stuff. And drink loads of water! My grandma always says to eat lots of fresh veggies like capsicum, cabbage, and fruits like apples, berries. It’s simple, but effective.

Our elders always advise for kidney health to eat simple, home-cooked food and drink enough water. My doctor also recommends a diet with less sodium, and lots of fresh vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, and bell peppers. Apples and berries are also good. It's about maintaining balance, you see.

Blessings to you. For our kidneys, which purify our body, we must offer pure nourishment. Drink plenty of clean water, and embrace the bounty of nature – fresh fruits, green vegetables, and light, sattvic food. Avoid anger and negativity, as they also burden our inner systems. Keep your spirit light, and your body will follow.
