From a practical standpoint, foods low in fiber are often the main culprits for piles because they lead to constipation. Think highly processed foods, too much red meat, and refined grains. For us busy people, it's about making conscious choices for fiber-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and veggies to keep things moving smoothly and avoid discomfort.
Beta, piles often happen when you can't pass stool easily, no? So, foods that don't have much 'reshay' (fiber) cause this. Like maida things, or too much meat. Eat more vegetables, fruits, and dal, that's what our elders always said for good digestion.
Piles are painful and treatments can be costly. To avoid them, focus on diet. Foods that cause constipation, like processed snacks, white bread, and too much red meat, should be limited. Instead, fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are usually cheaper and much better for your gut health, saving you money in the long run.
Dealing with piles is really uncomfortable and can be quite distressing emotionally. From my experience, foods that are low in fiber and lead to constipation are often the main issue. Things like too much maida, processed junk, and not enough fresh fruits and vegetables can make it worse. Please don't suffer in silence, talk to a doctor.
When my dad got piles, we panicked a lot, thinking it was some big disease. But the doc explained it's mostly due to chronic constipation, often from a low-fiber diet. So, processed foods, refined flour products, and very little fruit/veg can be the culprits. It's more about food habits than one specific 'bad' food.

Okay, so my roommate actually had piles, and his doctor told him it's mostly about constipation. So, any food that makes you constipated, like junk food, processed stuff, or not enough fiber, can cause it. Basically, eat your greens, guys!
Piles (hemorrhoids) are primarily caused by increased pressure in the lower rectum, often due to chronic constipation or straining during bowel movements. Foods low in fiber, such as highly processed foods, refined grains (like white bread), excessive dairy, and red meat, can contribute to constipation. Conversely, a high-fiber diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help prevent them. Always best to consult a medical professional for diagnosis and tailored advice.
