What does dandruff look like in hair?

I'm noticing some white flakes in my hair, especially after I scratch my head. How does actual dandruff look in hair? Is it always white, or can it be yellowish too?

In hair, dandruff usually looks like small, white, flaky pieces. They can be dry and loose, falling off easily, or sometimes stick to the hair strands if your scalp is oily. It's pretty common, even among people who maintain good hygiene. Regular shampooing and proper scalp care help a lot.

Oh, it's those annoying little white flakes, right? Sometimes they are really dry and just fall off onto your clothes, which is so embarrassing. Other times, if my scalp is a bit oily, they look more yellowish and stick to the hair. I always worry it means something serious, but apparently it's just a common scalp issue for many people. Still, it makes me anxious!

For me, dandruff appears as distinct white or sometimes yellowish flakes tangled in my hair, especially noticeable when I brush. It's often worse if I'm not careful with my diet or if stress is high. Managing overall health, including blood sugar, can sometimes impact skin conditions too. Consistent scalp hygiene is important.

When the scalp's natural balance is disturbed, it can lead to dandruff. In the hair, it appears as small, whitish flakes that shed from the scalp. Sometimes they are fine and powdery, while other times they might be larger and yellowish if the scalp is more oily. Regular, gentle cleansing and scalp massages can be beneficial.

Bete, dandruff, it just looks like small white particles in your hair, especially near the scalp. Some are dry and just flake off, others are a bit bigger and sticky. It makes the hair look untidy. Don't worry, almost everyone gets it at some point. A good oil massage and regular wash helps a lot.

Oh, it's very distinct. Dandruff in hair looks like tiny white flakes scattered throughout, especially near the roots. Sometimes they are dry and just fall off easily when you scratch, other times they might be a bit yellowish or oily and stick to the hair strands. It's super common, don't worry. I've tried so many remedies!

Haha, dandruff! It's like tiny white snow flakes in your hair, especially visible on dark clothes. Sometimes they're dry and fall easily, other times they're a bit yellowish and stick to the hair if your scalp is oily. Super annoying, yaar. Everyone gets it sometimes.

Dandruff in hair typically looks like small, dry, white flakes that are scattered on the hair strands, especially closer to the scalp. Sometimes, if the scalp is oily, the flakes can be yellowish and a bit sticky. My mother used to say use neem oil, but for persistent issues, a dermatologist's advice is always good.
