What doctor helps with hair loss?

Bhai, my hair has been falling out quite a lot recently, especially when I shower. My friends are teasing me that I'll be bald soon. Who should I go to see for this problem?

For my hair fall, I first went to a dermatologist because I thought it was just a scalp issue. But since I have PCOS, my doc told me internal hormone levels were actually causing it. It might be good to see a derm first, but do keep an eye on other symptoms like periods or weight too.

Go to a dermatologist, but please get your thyroid checked too. I was losing chunks of hair and thought it was just the water, but a simple blood test showed my TSH was very high. Once my thyroid doctor sorted my daily medication, the hair fall finally controlled.

Actually a dermatologist is the one you need to meet, yaar. I tried so many home remedies and fancy onion oils but nothing worked. Finally went to a skin specialist in Bandra and he sorted it out with proper lotion and multivitamins.

You should book an appointment with a dermatologist. My doctor explained that hair loss can be due to pattern baldness, vitamin deficiencies, or even thyroid issues. They usually do a pull test and might order blood tests like ferritin and Vitamin D to pinpoint the exact cause before prescribing minoxidil or other options.

Please don't worry too much, hair fall is a very common issue and can be treated. A good dermatologist will guide you well. Just take care of your diet and try to sleep on time.

Seedha dermatologist ke paas jao boss. Don't waste money on fancy salon packages or random miracle oils you see on Instagram. A skin and hair doctor will look at your scalp and tell you the exact reason.

I was looking this up recently because my hairline is receding quite a bit. It turns out a dermatologist is the main expert for this, as they specialize in skin, hair, and nails. Some even call themselves trichologists, who focus specifically on hair issues.
