They look like regular, red inflammatory acne or small pus-filled bumps, mostly around your jawline, chin, and neck. I ignored my skin breakouts and used strong over-the-counter creams, which my doctor later said were totally unsafe during pregnancy. They look like the typical small, red pimples you used to get during your teenage years, often popping up on the face and back. In my time, we just washed our face with gram flour (besan) and water. She warned me to strictly avoid ingredients like retinol, salicylic acid, and benzoyl peroxide, as they can be harmful to the fetus.
They look like small, annoying red bumps, sometimes with a tiny white head, usually clustering around the chin and cheeks. It is so frustrating when people talk about the 'pregnancy glow' and you are dealing with breakouts! Keeping your face clean with a very mild, soap-free cleanser really helps.
