What do cavities between teeth look like?

I've been noticing some sensitivity between my teeth when I eat sweets. Someone told me it could be a cavity. What exactly do cavities look like when they form in between teeth? I can't really see them properly.

They often look like dark shadows or greyish-black spots hiding between the teeth, which you can barely see. I only found out about mine during a routine dental X-ray because they didn't even hurt at first. Get a quick dental checkup done to catch them before they reach the root.

I noticed a tiny dark line between my two front teeth, but it doesn't cause any pain or sensitivity when I drink cold water. Is it possible that this is just a normal stain, or is it definitely an early cavity?

They look like slight yellow or dark brown discoloration hidden between the teeth. While flossing daily and oil pulling with coconut oil can keep your gums clean, once a cavity forms between the teeth, only a dentist can clean and fill it properly.

In my experience, those cavities look like dark, stubborn spots between teeth where food always gets stuck. Back in the day, we ignored them until they became painful, but nowadays dentists can detect and fill them so easily. Go get a checkup done, son.

I panicked when I saw a dark grey shadow between my molars, thinking my teeth were rotting. It turned out to be a very shallow cavity that the dentist fixed with a simple composite filling in ten minutes. Don't worry, just get it checked and filled early.

They look like faint grey shadows or dark stains right where the teeth touch. You honestly can't diagnose them properly yourself without an X-ray. Stop guessing, go to a modern dental clinic, and let them take a quick digital scan.
