During pregnancy, it's best to be very cautious with any medication. For congestion, sometimes steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil, or practicing gentle pranayama like anulom vilom can help open up nasal passages naturally. Always check with your doctor before taking anything, even natural remedies.

During pregnancy, it is always wise to consult with your doctor before taking any medication. For congestion, perhaps try warm sips of ginger tea or steam. Stay positive and trust in your body's wisdom, and always seek medical advice for your and baby's well-being. Take care.

Oh man, pregnancy and congestion sounds like a double whammy! Your nose probably feels like it's hosting a permanent blockage. But seriously, don't risk it with random meds. Call your gynaecologist, they're the experts, not me and my random internet theories, haha!

Don't take any medicine during pregnancy without asking your doctor. That's the only answer. You need to call your gynecologist and ask them directly. No one on the internet can tell you this, it's too risky for you and the baby.

It's really important to ask your doctor what decongestants are safe during pregnancy. They will know best for your situation.

Hey, girl! Pregnancy congestion is no fun, I hear you. But seriously, please, please call your doctor before taking ANYTHING. Don't stress too much trying to figure it out yourself, just ask your doc. They'll tell you what's safe for you and the little one!

Please, do not take any decongestant without speaking to your gynecologist first. I had some complications in my pregnancy, and I learned that even seemingly harmless medicines can affect the baby. Always get a clear 'yes' from your doctor, it's not worth the risk.
