Actually, upper thigh pain can be so annoying yaar, especially when you are climbing stairs. For me, it was just a bad muscle pull after a sudden run. But if it's swelling or hurting constantly, better to show it to a doc.
I had intense upper thigh pain last month after leg day at the gym. Turned out to be a mild quad strain because I didn't stretch properly. If you did some heavy lifting or running recently, that might be the reason, but rest it first.

My upper thigh has this weird throbbing pain that is not going away even after sleeping. Did anyone else experience this kind of deep ache without any injury? I'm getting really worried and might book an appointment tomorrow.
