What causes pain in upper left abdomen?

For the past week, I've had this persistent pain in my upper left abdomen. It's not very sharp, but it's always there, a bit below my ribs. What could be the reasons for pain in this area?

I have been feeling a dull ache in my upper left abdomen since yesterday and I am really panicking. Has anyone else felt this due to simple gas or acidity, or should I rush to the doctor?

Dude, I got this sharp upper left stomach pain after drinking too much carbonated drinks on an empty stomach. Actually, it was just bad gas, but if it's severe, don't play around. Get a doctor to check it.

Upper left side pain can make us worry, ho na. Sometimes it is just indigestion, but it can also be spleen or stomach issues. Better to consult a doctor soon, risk nahi lena chahiye.

It could be just heavy acidity or gastric pressure from a yummy meal! 🍲 But since the upper left side has important organs, do visit a doctor just to be completely safe and happy!

If it is mild gas, sipping warm water can help. But pain on the upper left side should not be taken lightly as it could be a stomach ulcer or kidney issue. Please visit a nearby clinic for a quick checkup.
