What causes pain in both shoulders and upper arms?

My shoulders and upper arms have been constantly aching for about a month now, especially on both sides. I feel stiff when I wake up. What could be the reasons for this kind of widespread pain?

I had this exact same issue a few weeks ago after working on my laptop for 10 hours straight without a break. It was just terrible posture and muscle stiffness. Try doing some light stretching and take frequent breaks, but do see a doctor if it doesn't get better.

As someone managing high blood pressure, I always keep an eye on upper body pain. Sometimes chronic tension in the shoulders can be linked to stress and high BP levels. It is wise to get your pressure checked and consult a doctor to rule out any cardiovascular strain.

I know how frustrating and exhausting it is when both your arms hurt and you can't even sleep comfortably. I felt so helpless when this happened to me due to cervical issues. Please be gentle with yourself and get a doctor to check it so you can find some relief.

Both shoulders hurting at the same time could be cervical spondylosis, muscle strain, or something else entirely. Don't waste time trying different massage oils based on internet advice. Get a proper physical exam done by an orthopedist.

Haan na, when both arms hurt it makes daily chores so difficult. Actually, sometimes sleeping on a wrong pillow can cause this stiffness across the neck and shoulders. Try using a thin pillow, but if it persists, doc to dhaxana hi padega.
