What causes high liver enzymes in pregnancy?

I'm pregnant with my first child, and my latest blood test showed elevated liver enzymes. My gynecologist said it needs to be monitored closely. I'm really anxious, what could be causing this during pregnancy?

Ho na, pregnancy mein high liver enzymes thoda alarming ho sakta hai. Sometimes it's related to preeclampsia, or even a condition called cholestasis of pregnancy, which is common. It could also be from medication or just the body adjusting. Consult your gynaecologist immediately, they know best what to do.

High liver enzymes during pregnancy need to be taken very seriously. It could be HELLP syndrome, acute fatty liver of pregnancy, or even preeclampsia, all of which are critical. Go to a good hospital, demand clear answers from your obstetrician, and follow every single instruction. This is not something to delay or guess about.

Oh, pregnancy already has so many worries! High liver enzymes are definitely something to talk to your doctor about right away. It could be something like gestational hypertension or preeclampsia, or even just some medicines you're taking. Don't stress too much before talking to your gynaecologist, they'll guide you perfectly.

Beta, garbh mein jab aisi koi report aaye to ghabrana nahi, par savdhani rakhna. Liver enzymes badhne ke kayi karan ho sakte hain, jaise sharir mein badlav ya koi aur andaruni takleef. Thoda paani zyada piyo, light khana khao. Par sabse zaroori hai doctor se turant milna, ghar ke nuskhe sirf chote moti cheezon ke liye hain. Bacche ki baat hai.

Oh, this sounds very serious for pregnant women. Is it very common? Like, do most women experience this at some point? I hope it's not something that happens easily. Hope the person asking is okay and gets proper help quickly.
