What causes hair thinning and hair loss?

My hair has started thinning quite a lot, especially near my temples. After every wash, I see so much hair in the drain. I'm really worried about this.

Hair thinning and loss can be due to so many reasons! Stress is a big one, also diet deficiencies like iron or Vitamin D. Hormonal changes, especially after pregnancy or with thyroid issues, play a huge role. Best to get some blood tests done and speak to a dermatologist.

I just dealt with this! For me, it was a combination of stress from work and not eating properly. My doctor suggested a good multivitamin, reducing stress, and eating more protein. It's slowly coming back, so hang in there!

Yaar, hair fall is such a common issue, na? Actually, my friend said her iron levels were low when she had major hair thinning. And pollution also plays a part, I feel. It's super frustrating, I totally get it.

Ugh, this is my current nightmare! I've been losing so much hair, it's making me really anxious. Does anyone else feel like it gets worse when you're stressed? I worry it's something serious, but maybe it's just my diet.

It's often a mix of things. Stress from work, lack of sleep, and not getting enough nutrients are major culprits for me. Prioritize a balanced diet and manage stress. If it persists, a quick check-up with a specialist is the most efficient way to figure it out.

Beta, in our times, we used to say a good oil massage with coconut or almond oil could help. And eating wholesome food, especially green leafy vegetables. But sometimes, it's more serious, so a doctor's advice is important too, don't ignore it.
