What causes grinding of teeth during sleep?

My husband has been complaining that I grind my teeth a lot when I sleep. Sometimes my jaw feels sore in the morning also. What causes people to grind their teeth while sleeping?

My roommate told me I grind my teeth like crazy during exam season. It is apparently called bruxism and usually happens when we are super stressed or anxious about studies. Buying a cheap mouth guard online really saved my teeth from wearing out.

Teeth grinding is a very common physical manifestation of pent-up mental stress. Doing 10 minutes of slow Bhramari Pranayama or deep breathing before sleeping can help relax your jaw muscles. It worked beautifully for me to calm my mind before bed.

My wife threatened to throw me out of the bedroom because of my midnight teeth-grinding concert. Turns out my jaw was just practicing its own gym workout due to work stress. Seriously, get a dental night guard, it will save your teeth and your marriage!

I completely understand how frustrating it is to wake up with a sore jaw and feel anxious about what is happening to your teeth. Grinding, or bruxism, is deeply linked to daily stress and anxiety. Please don't worry, a dentist can easily give you a custom night guard to protect your teeth.

Raat ko daant chabana actually bohot annoying hota hai family ke liye, ho na. It can be due to an uneven bite or just tension. Aap ek baar dentist ko dikha lijiye, wo soft night guard banakar de denge toh bohot relief milega.

Oh, teeth grinding is classic stress showing up in your sleep! 😴 Try listening to some relaxing music or doing a quick jaw stretch before you hit the pillow. A dentist can also make a cool night guard for you! ✨
