What causes female pattern hair loss?

I've noticed my hair thinning, especially on the top of my head and at the parting, which is making me quite self-conscious. My mother also experienced similar hair loss. Is there a specific cause for female pattern hair loss?

For mild thinning, applying lukewarm curry leaf oil or fresh onion juice can help nourish the scalp naturally. However, female pattern baldness is usually hormonal or genetic, so if you see major thinning at the parting, please consult a dermatologist. Natural remedies are great for maintenance, but medical issues need proper clinical treatment.

It is mostly due to genetics and hormonal changes like PCOS or thyroid. You are definitely not alone in facing this, stay strong!

Before you spend thousands on expensive hair serums and clinic packages, get basic blood tests done first. Check your iron, thyroid, and vitamin D levels through a budget lab package, which costs under a thousand rupees. Finding the exact root cause will save you a lot of hard-earned money in the long run.

Between my crazy work hours and zero sleep, my hair is falling out faster than my patience. Honestly, stress, lack of sleep, and hormonal shifts make my scalp look like a sparse lawn. I am trying to fix my sleep schedule first before buying any fancy hair growth oils!

Hello dear! Female pattern hair loss is very common and usually triggers around hormonal milestones like childbirth, PCOS, or menopause. It is best to avoid harsh chemical treatments and heat styling right now. Do visit a good dermatologist who can guide you on the right topical treatments for your scalp.

High stress levels and poor blood circulation can really impact your hair health, just like it affects blood pressure. When my BP was high, I noticed my own hair thinning rapidly due to systemic stress. It is very important to get a full health checkup done and manage your daily stress levels to see a positive change.
