What can i take for headache in pregnancy?

I've been getting constant headaches, almost every day, since my second trimester started. It's making it hard to focus. What can I take for a headache in pregnancy that won't cause any problems?

Headaches are quite common in pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Most doctors say plain paracetamol is safe. Also, try relaxing in a dark room, applying a cold compress, and staying well-hydrated. But always check with your doctor first to rule out anything serious, ok?

Oh god, I'm having such bad headaches too! Is it normal? I'm so scared to take anything. Did anyone else experience this and what did your doctor say was safe? Mine told me just paracetamol, but I'm still worried.

Don't delay getting medical advice for pregnancy headaches. A quick call to your OB/GYN is the most efficient way to get a safe recommendation. They'll likely suggest paracetamol, but confirm the dosage and suitability for your specific situation.

Yo, my sister had super bad headaches when she was pregnant. She just used to sleep it off, and her doc said paracetamol was fine. But yeah, check with your doc first, always. Don't just pop anything.

For headaches during pregnancy, paracetamol is generally considered safe, but always double-check with your doctor. Try simple things like a cold cloth on your head, drinking enough water, and resting in a quiet room. Sometimes it's just dehydration or fatigue.

Headaches can be tough, and even more so when pregnant. Please don't take any chances with medication. It's always best to consult your gynaecologist for a safe recommendation. They'll consider your health history before suggesting anything.

My girlfriend used to get really bad headaches when she was pregnant. Her doc told her to take paracetamol. But like, definitely ask your own doctor first. Don't rely on random internet stuff.
