What body wash is good for eczema?

My skin has been really itchy and dry lately, I think it's my eczema flaring up again. Can anyone suggest a good body wash that is gentle and suitable for eczema-prone skin?

Hey! For eczema, usually fragrance-free and mild body washes are the best. My cousin uses something like Aveeno or Cetaphil, and it really helps her skin feel less itchy and dry. Hope you find something good! 😊

Oh god, eczema! It's like your skin decides to throw a party without inviting you and then leaves a mess. I remember my nephew had it bad. His mom used some 'pH-balanced' wash, I think it was from Johnson's or something gentle like that. Just avoid anything with too much jhaag (lather) and fragrance, that's what I learned.

Eczema can be tricky. My dermatologist always recommends looking for products specifically labeled 'hypoallergenic' and 'fragrance-free'. After a good workout, it's important to shower quickly with something gentle to avoid irritation. Maybe check with your doctor for specific brand recommendations.

Yaar, don't stress too much about it. Eczema is super common. My friend swears by the 'bioderma atoderm' range, especially the cleansing oil. It's really gentle and doesn't strip your skin. Maybe give that a try? Also, always pat dry, don't rub!

Okay, so for eczema, it's really important to be careful. I've read a lot that anything with sulfates or parabens can make it worse. You should ideally look for a wash that's dermatologist-recommended for sensitive skin. Maybe even patch test a small area first to make sure it doesn't cause a flare-up. Better safe than sorry, right?
