Honestly, anything above 100.4°F (38°C) is generally considered a fever. High fever for me usually starts around 102°F. If it's going that high, keep an eye on it and definitely consult a doctor, don't wait too long.
Generally, over 100.4 F is fever. For high fever, I'd say anything above 102 F. For mild fever, I do natural remedies like tulsi kaadha, but if it crosses 102 and doesn't come down, definitely go to the doctor, no compromise there.
Mere time pe toh 99 degree bhi high fever lagta tha! But seriously, anything above 100.4 F is a fever. High fever starts around 102 F. Bas body heat se hi pata chal jata hai, you know? Phir ghar pe sab chalu ho jaate hain – 'beta, thanda paani ki patti lagao!'
Bhaiya, hamare gaon mein toh agar badan bahut garam lage, aur tharmometer mein 100 se upar aa jaye, toh usko bukhar hi bolte hain. Aur agar 102, 103 chala jaye, toh samajh lo, bahut tez bukhar hai. Fir toh jald se jald doc ko dikhana chahiye.
Usually, 100.4°F (38°C) is considered a fever. If it goes above 102°F or 103°F, that's definitely high. Take care and please consult a doctor if you are concerned or symptoms are severe.

From my experience, anything over 100.4°F is a fever, but high fever is typically above 102°F. It's always best to keep an eye on it. With my thyroid, I always make sure to get checked by my doctor regularly for any changes, especially if I feel unwell.
Medically speaking, a temperature of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher is usually defined as a fever. A high fever is often considered to be above 102°F (38.9°C). But for specific advice on your health, it's always best to consult a doctor, they can give the most accurate guidance.
