What body temp is considered a fever?
My little one feels a bit warm, aur I'm not sure if it's just normal body heat or an actual fever. What temperature should I consider as a fever for a child?

Honestly, I once thought 99-100 was just a normal fluctuation and didn't take it seriously. It turned into a proper viral infection and complications later. Better to always consult a doctor if it stays elevated, even slightly, for more than a day. Don't self-diagnose based on numbers only.
Generally, above 99.5-100 F (37.5-37.8 C) is considered a low-grade fever, and anything above 100.4 F (38 C) is a full fever. But sometimes, even a slightly higher temp can make you feel unwell. Listen to your body, and try some cooling pranayama if it's mild. If it persists, definitely see a vaidya or doctor.
For kids, anything above 100.4°F is definitely a fever, and we always give crocin. For adults, usually, they say around 100.4°F (38°C) is where it starts. But mere bete ko 99.5 F pe bhi pura weak feel hone lagta hai, so just see how you feel along with the temperature.
Listen, don't be like me and ignore it thinking 'oh it's just a bit warm'. I once had a persistent low-grade temp around 99-100 and it turned out to be dengue! Now I tell everyone, if your temperature is consistently above 99°F for a day or two, just get it checked out by a proper doctor. Better safe than sorry.
It's totally understandable to be confused, I used to get so anxious trying to figure out if my temp was 'fever' or not. Mostly, doc says anything over 100.4°F (38°C) is a fever, but even slightly below that if you feel super sick, it's worth a call. Your symptoms matter more than just the number sometimes.

I just recovered from a viral and my doc said anything above 99.5-100 F is considered a fever. Mine went to 101 F, and I felt so weak. Keep hydrating and don't exert yourself, even if it's a mild one. Get rest.
Usually, anything above 100.4°F (38°C) is considered a fever. But if you're not feeling well even with a lower temp, it's always good to just check in with a doctor. Don't worry too much, just keep an eye on it.
