What better for lower back pain?

My lower back has been bothering me for quite some time now, and I'm looking for effective ways to manage it. What is generally considered better for lower back pain – heat or cold therapy, or something else entirely?

Lower back pain can be so worrying, I remember when I had it, my mind went to all sorts of scary places! But usually, it's not that serious. Gentle stretches, especially for your hamstrings and core, can really help. And maybe check your sitting posture, that was a big one for me.

Namaste. For lower back pain, my mother always used to say a warm oil massage helps, especially with sesame oil. But it is always best to consult a good doctor or a physiotherapist. Sometimes it is a posture issue, sometimes something else. Don't delay seeing a professional.

There are some great apps out there with specific routines for lower back pain! I use one that guides you through gentle stretches and core strengthening exercises. Also, try a standing desk or a lumbar support pillow. My smartwatch reminds me to move every hour, which really prevents stiffness.

Hey, don't worry too much about it, many people face lower back pain. It's often due to long hours sitting or bad posture. Try some gentle yoga or stretching exercises, and make sure your mattress is supportive. If it persists, please get it checked by a doctor, okay? No need to suffer.

While diet alone won't fix back pain, eating anti-inflammatory foods can definitely help reduce overall body inflammation. Think turmeric, ginger, lots of green leafy vegetables. And make sure you're getting enough vitamin D and calcium for bone health. But for the pain itself, physical therapy is usually key.

Oh, I totally panicked when I first got lower back pain, thought something serious was wrong! But after seeing a physio, it turned out to be just muscle stiffness from sitting too much. Regular short walks and some specific stretches they showed me worked wonders. So don't freak out, usually it's manageable!

Pothi-puran mein likha hai ki shareer ka dhyaan rakhna chahiye. Lower back pain ke liye, garmi dena acha hota hai, garam paani ki bottle se ya sendha namak ke paani se. Lekin agar dard zyada ho toh kisi vaidh ya doctor se salah lena hi buddhimaani hai, beta.

Haan bhai, lower back pain toh bohot logon ko hota hai aajkal. Sabse pehle toh posture theek karo, na. Zyada der ek jagah mat baitho. Thodi walk karo, aur halki-phulki stretching kar sakte ho. Agar zyada ho toh doctor ko dikhana hi padega.
