What better for back pain?

Been having a lot of back pain these days, especially after sitting for long hours. I'm trying to figure out what's better for back pain relief – maybe some specific exercises or just rest? What works best?

OMG, back pain is the worst, especially with all the studying we do! I find stretching super helpful, like gentle yoga poses. Also, proper posture, even when chilling on the bed with my laptop, makes a huge difference. Sometimes just moving around a bit instead of sitting for hours helps a lot.

For back pain, consistent small steps are better than one-off big efforts. I try to incorporate short walks during breaks, maintain good ergonomic posture at my desk, and do some light stretches before bed. If it's persistent, seeing a physio is probably the most effective use of your time.

I've been looking into this too! Seems like a lot of people recommend light exercises, especially swimming or walking, to strengthen the back muscles. And definitely paying attention to your posture, like not slouching. But if it's severe, I guess a doctor is the first step.

I totally get it, back pain can be so debilitating and frustrating. For me, a combination of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises (like core work) has been a lifesaver. And good quality sleep on a supportive mattress makes a huge difference too. Hope you find relief soon!

Back pain can be tricky, and what works for one might not work for another. I've found that maintaining a healthy weight and gentle movement, like walking, helps a lot. But if the pain is severe or ongoing, it's really best to consult a doctor to rule out anything serious. Take care!

My son also complains about back pain sometimes, probably from sitting too much. I make sure he takes breaks, stretches, and we try to do some light exercises together. A heating pad sometimes helps, but if it's not going away, please see a doctor. Don't let it become a bigger problem.
