What are the worst foods for kidney stones?

I've had kidney stones before, and I really don't want them again. My doctor advised me to watch my diet. Can anyone tell me what are the absolute worst foods for kidney stones that I should stay away from completely?

If you have oxalate-type kidney stones, foods like spinach, beetroot, chocolate, and nuts are considered the worst because they are very high in oxalates. Also, reducing excess salt in your vegetarian meals is crucial to prevent calcium buildup.

Along with practicing light twisting yoga poses to aid digestion, keeping hydration high is key. In my experience, processed snacks, heavy salty pickles, and carbonated drinks can aggravate stone formation. Eating light, hydrating home-cooked foods is always best.

Hey bro, don't stress too much! Just cut back on cold drinks, heavy red meat, and too much salty junk food like chips. Drink lots of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon, and you should be absolutely fine.

I am not a doctor, but when I had kidney stones, my physician strictly told me to avoid spinach, tomatoes with seeds, and cola drinks. Once I stopped these and increased my daily water intake, the stones didn't return.

I tried barley water and banana stem juice, which did help flush out minor stones. However, you must avoid high-sodium foods, packed masalas, and too much non-veg, as they build up uric acid and calcium stones. Keep your diet simple and hydration very high.
