What are the symptoms of sun stroke?

It's getting really hot these days, and my job involves a lot of outdoor work. Someone at my construction site got very sick last week. I want to be careful and understand what the symptoms of sunstroke are, so I can recognise them quickly.

Listen, if you or someone else has been out in the sun and is feeling dizzy, has a severe headache, or feels like throwing up, please get into a cool room immediately. High body temperature and feeling confused are major signs of a sun stroke. Stay calm, drink some cool water, and if the fever is really high, don't wait at home, get to a doc quickly.

I have seen this happen quite often during peak summers here. Common signs are dry, hot skin with no sweating even though it is hot, rapid breathing, and feeling very weak or disoriented. Make sure you apply wet cloths on the forehead and underarms to bring down the heat. If they are losing consciousness or vomiting constantly, please rush to the nearest clinic.

Happened to me last year during college sports day. My head started throbbing like crazy and I got super dizzy out of nowhere. I actually felt like fainting and my skin was burning hot but I wasn't sweating at all. Honestly, if u feel this way, just get into AC, drink ORS, and let someone know immediately.

During extreme heat, symptoms like extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, and a dry tongue are warning signs. Sipping cool coconut water, buttermilk, or raw mango panna helps a lot to balance the body heat. But please remember, if the person has a very high fever, is vomiting, or feels unconscious, home remedies won't work and you must see a doctor immediately.

Beta, sun stroke can be very dangerous if ignored. Watch out for red, dry skin, severe headache, and a feeling of spinning heads. Traditional wisdom says to keep onion juice rubbed on the feet or drink a little saunf water, but these are only for very mild heat exhaustion. If the person is very confused or has a high fever, go straight to the hospital.

I am not an expert, but from what I know, a sudden high fever, rapid pulse, and severe nausea after being out in the heat are big signs. My body already struggles with heat regulation due to hormonal issues, so I am always extra careful. Please don't take it lightly if someone is feeling completely disoriented; it's best to consult a professional.
