What are the symptoms of liver cancer?

My brother's friend was diagnosed with liver cancer, and it was a shock. We're all very concerned. What are the common symptoms of liver cancer that people should know about, especially if they have risk factors?

Haan, liver cancer ke symptoms shuru me bilkul samajh nahi aate. Sudden weight loss hona, bhookh bilkul khatam ho jana, aur right side stomach me hard swelling feel hona signs ho sakte hain, na. Isko normal acidity samajh kar ignore mat karna.

Actually yaar, my uncle had this and it was quite scary because he only had mild fatigue at first. Later on, he got severe jaundice, dark urine, and his stomach started swelling up with fluid. If you or anyone has these symptoms, please don't sit at home, get a proper CT scan done immediately.

Please do not trust any internet forum or home remedies when discussing liver cancer. Symptoms like fluid buildup in the abdomen (ascites), rapid weight loss, and severe fatigue require immediate clinical investigation. Go to an established hospital and get an ultrasound, AFP test, and MRI done.

Based on what I have seen in medical support groups, liver cancer often presents with persistent itching, pale stools, white-colored eyes (jaundice), and pain near the right shoulder blade or upper abdomen. Early detection makes a huge difference, so please consult an oncologist if you suspect anything.

A friend's father started noticing sudden, unexplained drops in his activity levels on his smartwatch, along with nausea and a loss of appetite. These turned out to be early indicators of liver trouble. It's so important to track your body's baseline and consult a specialist if you notice persistent, unusual changes.
