What are the symptoms of chronic kidney disease stage 3?

My husband has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3. The doctor explained some things but I'm still trying to understand it better. What specific symptoms are usually seen in chronic kidney disease at stage 3?

I ignored my fatigue and slightly swollen feet for a year, thinking it was just work stress, only to find out I was already in Stage 3 kidney disease. Please do not ignore warning signs like foamy urine, back ache, or mild swelling. Get a proper kidney function test done immediately.

At Stage 3, a person might feel very tired, have swelling in the legs, and face difficulty sleeping. The urine might also look very different. Please do not worry, but go to a good doctor in town and get the blood checked properly.

In Stage 3 CKD, your kidneys are moderately damaged, which often leads to fluid retention (edema), changes in urination frequency, and mild anemia causing fatigue. As a nurse, I advise keeping a close eye on blood pressure and consulting a nephrologist for a proper management plan.

Stage 3 CKD can make you feel very weak due to toxin buildup, but regular gentle walking can help manage blood pressure if your doctor permits. Always check with your specialist before starting any physical activity, and strictly monitor your fluid and salt intake.

Stage 3 symptoms often include swollen hands or feet, fatigue, and lower back pain. Please consult a nephrologist immediately for proper care.

When kidneys reach moderate dysfunction, the body accumulates toxins, leading to fatigue and dry, itchy skin. While gentle pranayama can help calm the mind and reduce blood pressure stress, you must follow your nephrologist's clinical advice and dietary guidelines closely.
