What are the symptoms of arthritis in the head?

My father keeps complaining about a strange pain in his head, especially when he moves his neck. He's heard of arthritis in other body parts, but is it possible to have it in the head too? Just curious what to look out for.

When arthritis affects the joints near the head, like the neck or jaw, it often feels like a deep, heavy ache at the base of the skull or behind the eyes. Staying calm and doing gentle breathing really helps ease that tension. Take care of your mind and body, and let a good doctor guide you through this journey.

For my sister, it started as a stiff neck that made it very painful to even turn her head, along with a constant dull headache. It can be really tiring to deal with this daily. Please don't struggle alone, just get a doctor to check it once so you can feel better.

Actually, arthritis in the cervical spine can cause what's called cervicogenic headaches, which feel like pain radiating up to your scalp. I track my neck posture and daily steps on my smartwatch to manage my joint health. You should definitely log your pain patterns and consult a specialist for a proper diagnosis.

Arey, at this age, every joint wants to start its own drama, even the ones near the skull! For me, it feels like a grinding noise in my upper neck when I look around, followed by a sweet headache. Honestly, just go to a specialist instead of guessing, otherwise Google will convince you it's something wild.

I have been experiencing a weird pressure and stiffness around the back of my ears and head lately. I am quite scared to visit a clinic alone. Does arthritis in this area also cause mild dizziness or balancing issues, or is that something else entirely?
